Multiple H1 transfers at a time... Plzz help

Hi

My friend is working with company A. He got an offer from company B, he accepted and B filed H1 transfer. (not approved yet) But meanwhile, he got another offer from company C, which he feels is very good and want to go with that. So he accepted the offer from C. Now C is about to file H1 transfer.
Are there any legal problems with this situation. Will both of the petitions will be approved? Is it required to inform C about the pending approval from B.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You can have multiple transfer pending. The 2nd transfer will likely be denied. He should talk to a lawyer.
 
Problem occurs when the first transfer processing is over when the sencond case worked upon. In that case the second one gets denied.
