Multiple H1 Stamping

Hi,

I have two H1 B approved petitions from company X and company Y. and I am currently working for Company X and I have an appointment for visa stamping of company X next week.

I have following questions in this regard.

1. If I get the visa stamped from Company X and if company X is not sending me to USA. (this can happen as they do not have projects right now), will I be able to travel on my own as if I am going on Company X Visa ? In case if they insist about the client can I show my h1 approved petition from Company Y?

2. If I get my visa stamped from company X and later if I wish to travel on Company Y visa. Can I go for H1b visa stamping from company Y, will there be any impact because of already stamped company X visa? Do they cancel Company X Visa (already stamped) when I go for Company Y visa stamping?

3. If I get my visa from Company X rejected/on hold due to some reason.
Will I be able to go for stamping with my Company Y h1 visa approval.

I would be glad if you can help in this regard.

You can travel. At the POE, oficer verifies your employer and employer response is negative you will be in deep trouble and get deported.
In case if they insist about the client can I show my h1 approved petition from Company Y? Y's approval is a piece of paper if you have X visa is stamped on your pp
2. If I get my visa stamped from company X and later if I wish to travel on Company Y visa. Can I go for H1b visa stamping from company Y, will there be any impact because of already stamped company X visa? Do they cancel Company X Visa (already stamped) when I go for Company Y visa stamping?

If you are not using X's visa (not entering in to US), yes you can go for Y's visa stamping, X's visa will be cancelled by the embassy.
3. If I get my visa from Company X rejected/on hold due to some reason.
Will I be able to go for stamping with my Company Y h1 visa approval.

If the rejection reason for X is due to beneficiary's (you) credential, Y's also get rejected.

Hi,

i was like u till last month....

but i have losed (canceled) my old H1B visa when i went interview second approved H1B pititon and got 214b.

my strongly suggest that don't take risk.
