Multiple H1-B filings

Hi,

I applied through different employers for my H1-B visa. All three of the applications got approved. I am wondering how soon should the other two employers be informed. Can there be any potential problems ?

decide now if you want to join A B or C? then with H1 approval notice of A or B or C get H1 visa stamp. if you want to join A then get H1 stamp based on A H1 approval and come to US to work with A. once you get H1 stamp of A in passport then you can inform B or C that you may not come to US if you inform you are coming to US they may start asking money (if B or C are Desi employers)
