Hi - I have a urgent question..

If a consulting company has applied for a green card for me in one state in the U.S., can another company apply for the me in another state? If yes, what are the implications or possible problems that might arise?

You can apply for multiple LC through different companies. The company which is applying LC for future job has to prove their financial abilities to the labor dept.
