Multiple FP notice? and online message Issues

Hi All,

My ND is March 22 2002, SRC-02-131 and i moved
to new apt on Aug 2002 update by calling TSC, AR-11 etc.
On March 2003 my lawyer got finger printing notice and
i did my finger printing. However INS send another copy
of my finger printing to my old apartment and got it to
new address around april. My lawyer said as i already
did FP ignore the second notice.

My Online message still says we send FP on April if 14 days
passed bla.. bla.. Is there anybody with similar situation. Should
i be concerned? I tried to NSC and the asked them to talk to IIO
after long wait IIO shot me telling have my lawyer call etc. So
disappointing.

Anybody in same boat?

I got 2 FP notices..one in March 03 and other in May 03. Attorney asked to ignore the second one. But I didnt listen and went got my FP done twice. Ironically, the message never changed after the first FP but FBI said everything went well, TSC confirmed that either. But no change in the message. BUT, the message changed after my second FP for some unexplained reason. that's my story..

Same with mine, I did my FP in March 03, after that the message changed as below.

On April XX, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting that you appear for fingerprint recording. The notice also gave the times and location where this processing could be done. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

Firstly thank you megabyte, Mad Par for your responses.

megabyte i think you and i are in the same situation. Have
you contacted BCIS that weather we should do anything?
Have you got the 2nd fp notice. I recieved it to my new address
after in got back the form from old address etc. I'm
really confused and worried.

Called the TSC in June 2003, I was told that our Finger Prints received and fine, now there is no choice to talk directly with TSC. Please post if there is any update on this issue.
