If two employers file H1B visa for an employee in the same cap (2013).
How will this affect the processing for the employee? Is there any chance of the visas getting rejected as they are deemed to be duplicate by USCIS?
Also, is an employee obligated to inform both employers/ does it need to be mentioned on the paperwork being filed?
