I am an international student on an F1 OPT visa currently employed in a remote position. My current employer sponsored my H1B, and I was selected in the lottery this year. My employer has opted for consular processing, and I have received the I-797C from USCIS, which is pending approval.
I recently received another remote job offer and believe I can manage both positions simultaneously. Given that I have chosen consular processing and plan to change my visa status to H1B at the end of my STEM OPT extension in 2027, I am wondering:

- Is it legal to work for two employers concurrently while on OPT until I transition to H1B status in 2027?
- Could working for two employers potentially impact the approval of my consular H1B?
