multiple B1/B2 in the passport affect on H1B

I got my H1B approved and planning to go to the consulate to get it stamped. I just wonna know if the presence of a few B1/B2 tourist visas in my passport (never overstayed, no extensions etc) can positively affect my chances of getting H1B stamped?

Did you go to the U.S. for job interviews? Did you check out the U.S. to see if you'd like working and living here before committing yourself?

i was there to take some exams, interviews , which are the part of the the same process. I am a foreign medical graduate and will be working there as a resident.
