I fall under Chennai jurisdiction for all my visa needs, however I am planning to give a try in Kolkata or New Delhi, however I heard that Kolkata/New Delhi is not a slam dunk case for non locals (of that area). I am wondering if any of you have tried multiple appointments (one at Chennai and other at say Kolkata) to have a safety net in case the non-native consulate turns you down. Please share you experiences.
