Company 'A' is friend's company. Filed concurrently in Vermont. Small company. don’t know what will happen to I-140.
--------- Wait for I-140 approval or can file I-485, EAD, AP with I-140 filing receipt
Company 'B' is present company. Don’t know when they would lay off. All depends on the project. Very big company. Filed I-140. They wouldn't file 485 because of the other 485 pending. I told them to file anyhow. They are ready to file in Texas.
------ File the I-485, EAD, AP
This is the situation. If Company 'B' terminates my job, then I can always go to Company 'A'.
----- Yes
Once if Company 'B' I-140 is approved, I am thinking of withdrawing Company 'A' 485.
---- That is OK
*** Now you will listen from other 2 posters that it is wastage to file second I-485 it is wastage of money or USCIS does not like(as if they worked in USCIS), suggestions like why you want to spend more on second I-485, these two person will also say it is illegal, all info they post is wrong, you can have two I-485 pending at the same time and NOTHING illegal in this and no law/regulations stops you filing second I-485 based on different LC or different employer I-140. go and file both the I-485 ,no problem, create a good back up
Good Luck!!!
