I am really getting very impatient now. They received my MTR since 4 weeks / 1 month. I do not see any LUD changes on my MTR or 485.

How long should it take. Please help.

MTR = Motion to Reopen/Reconsider.

You apply MTR when you get NOID or denial by filing the 290 form. Your attorney should be able to help you reply to your NOID. Make sure you do it sooner because mostly you will get only 30 days to respond to NOID or denial.

No use to file MTR,
Talk to you lawyer and prepare to respond your NOID promptly.

Wait some more time. I know how stress full it is, but you know, you need to be patient. they must take some decision within 60 days.

You dont need to apply MTR. MTR is to re-open case, when I-485 denied or I-140 denied. You got the NOID right. meet your attorney, send the paperwork what they mentioned in NOID. I hope that you might not get copy of it. Ask your attorney to send a copy to you. Do not depend on attorney. read your self NOID copy and make sure that you or your attorney are sending all paperwork. Why I am saying this is, I am one of the victim for same reason. my case was NOID and my attorney sent partial paperwork without telling me. so i got denied in after 2 months. If she was clear in NOID reply, I might got my GC in December.

Can you post date when MTR was applied, when they received and when did you see the LUD/status message changed details

Yes, Initially you paid your fees in advance to your Attorney (you pay high fees to Attorney) and subsequent when it comes to reply to RFE etc.. as you are not going to pay for this RFE replies as it includes part of your earlier services of filing papers, few attorneys show less interest in sending replies to RFE/NOID & attaching supplement docs that will be helpful to your case...

My I140 RFE, I have to check with my attorney 3-4 times regarding whether he has submitted copies of pay stubs, W2's etc for my RFE...

Do not depend on attorney. read your self NOID copy and make sure that you or your attorney are sending all paperwork. Why I am saying this is, I am one of the victim for same reason. my attorney sent partial paperwork without telling me.
