Another LUD 02-23-07 today! comon already approve it!:cool:
 
I too just had an LUD today on my 765! what a way to start the weekend! no message change though or email-but at least someone knows I'm alive-no updates for a month. not good of course if the touch meant something bad! now I will prob go back and make sure I wasn't hallucinating!

Thanx! At least you have got an update on the I-130 in the last month and half though:) . My LUD for that was on 01-03-07. Do you know how long that takes to process? isn't it suppost to be approved before the AOS interview?
 
i don't think it is supposed to be approved before an interview...
as i understood i-130 is being approved after you proof that the marriage is bona fide. and you've got a chance to proof it only at the time of an interview...
 
I guess I was wrong, I thought the I-485 was the document to approve at the interview. From other post people have got an approval of the I-130 before the interview.
 
had another LUD on 765 today-keeping my fingers crossed-seems like people tend to get a few days of LUDs before card production ordered email comes.

i got an update on I-485 today...
but nobody has touched my I-765 yet since 01/20.... i am a little bit confused about it... seems like i should have already started getting any updates there.

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On February 27, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved:) this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

You shoul get this message anytime soon. I got 2 LUD 2 days apart then this. Although I wish I would get a LUD for the I-130 soon??

catjapp, is Charlotte your DO?
i can't think of anything that would hold my I-765 being processed...
oh, actually, i filed it through the internet, 6 days after I-130 and I-485..
do you think it can cause my delay?
 
I am pretty sure Charlotte is my DO-that is where I got my fingerprints done-but I do live in southern VA which could certainly mean northern VA is my DO. My lawyer thought it would be Fairfax, VA. guess the 6 days later may change your approval-I wonder if because your interview date is like in a week?
 
i know an interview is about to come. i am nervous a little bit...
i thought that everyone gets EAD if the time comes and everything is fine and an interview date doesn't matter in this case... anyway we'll see...
 
Another LUD for both I-485, and I-130. Thats 3 days in a row.....what does this mean?? Oh yeah EAC in hand today, only 3 days after approval.:)
