Hi, all quick question is the MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER the same as the NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER. Thank you all, i just my receipt letter from USCIS.

No. The Missouri Service Center is in Missouri. The Nebraska Service Center is in Nebraska.

Note the Missouri Service Center is also known as the "National Benefits Center" (NBC), perhaps that's what you're getting mixed up with?
