MS pre-approved labour SUBSTITUTION

i found a company that has pre approved labour for M.S(usa), PD-JANUARY 2007

i graduated in may 2006 , started working from august 2006, got h1 approval on october 2006

question-- is this pre approved labour right fit for me!!!

plz your help is much needed!!!!!

why are you in hurry. even though it may suit you, whats the advantage.
Instead you can file your own labor .only thing is your PD will be june 2007 instead of jan2007. more over substitution cases are very risky and you may end up paying lot to attorney. anyways this is just my thought and you can decide .Btw do you
have master degree then only you will be eligible.

yeah i have US MASTER degress but its in mechanical. i am not sure the labour specifies MS COMPUTER in there.need to check with my lawyer

u think it can be a problem???
