MS in an unrelated field plzzzzz help

Hi,
I have a B.Tech in ELectronics and Communication Engineering from India and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering in United States. I recently finished my masters and got a job in computer programming and have been working since the last 6 months. I am going for my h1 visa stamping in toronto canada. Does any one have an idea if thats going to be a problem if I have a MS in an unrelated field.

Science (not biological Sci) , Engineering and Technology are computer related field. Your BTech is more related to computer.
