MS + 0 years EB2

Hello Everyone:

I started processing for Green Card in EB2 (India) category ( MS+0 years) as a requirement though I have completed my MS in 2004. My PD is in April 2006. The LC got certified in Oct 2006. The minimum wage is 55k when it got approved.

Since the enitre GC process is takes around 3 to 4 years. I was wondering whether the min wage is quite less...when it reaches 485 which the IM guys may reject saying that 55k salary is less for EB2 category. However my LC got approved for 55k.

Do I need to apply a new LC with min wage 65-70k ...or just stay with this 55k on the current LC. :confused:
 
pls clarify...not so urgent..but gurus....

My 7 yrs is complete.....i have 485 pending. I still have H1 valid...While tring to extend H1b visa, company would suggest to have EAD renewed rather than H1b

My question is:

If 140 is cleared, then you can have 3 yrs extension for H1 and which costs Merely $200

But for EAD, you have to renew it every year with around $180 expense...

I don't know why company prefers to renew EAD rather than H!b...

anyone clarifies would be greatly appreciated
