Mr Jaxen, Please advice!! EAD Renewal

I am working on H1B, I didn't change my I-9 status to EAD and my wife used her EAD to get only SSN & she has never used her EAD for employement. Both of our EAD Expiring on OCT 4th. My wife went to India last month and will be returning on July 19th. I am planning to submit our renewal application after july 19th?. Is it okay?. Please let me know.

If H4 is still valid

and she has not filed a I-9 or has not received any compensation, she does not need AP. She can enter using H4.
You can renew EAD whenever you want. Please post only once.
