moving to new job at new location using AC21

I have AOS pending for more than 180 days. EB2, I-140 approved.

Is it possible to move to a new job with same/similar job description at a new work location (different city, different state) using AC21? Will the move impact the wage determination that was used as the basis of the LC on which the I-140 and I-485 are based?

I am not clear if you said yes to the first part of the query or to both the parts.Please clearify below:

Will the move(to a different City/State) impact the wage determination that was used as the basis of the LC on which the I-140 and I-485 are based?

If yes, then does the Offer letter have to mention the higher salary for the new area?
