Moving to a different team: do we have to file AC21?

Also, if I moved to a different team in the same company after I got my I-485 approval (don't have it yet), would that also be considered a "fraud" by USCIS? Or, is it okay to do that?

I think that as long as company X is sponsoring you to do job Y, internal issues like changing teams, or even studios (from one location to another) aren't a huge deal.

Remember, the GC is for a future job -- as long as your sponsoring company can continue to say that they want you for a job that matches the one for which the LC / I-140 was done you should be fine.

Also, even if there was an issue (e.g .due to changing locations) pre-emptively filing AC-21 is a lot less necessary IMO if you are with the same company (it's not like they are going to complicate things by trying to withdraw the I-140 or anything).
