Moving states and center

I am moving from FL to VA and I have an I-140 EB-3 case pending at the Texas center.
I was wondering - if I transfer my case to Vermont will end up at the bottom of the pile or will they process the application based on the Texas received date?

There is no guarantee that it will be transferred. No one knows if you will be able to maintain your ND. There are only speculations about it - some people were able to retain it - some went to bottom of pile.
