One thing I did, was call the 800 number and requested them to double check that any communication from them was not going to the old address. The first level transfered me to an actual IO, who was able to tell me the exact date that the file was received at the new DO.

She got it!!!!!
Finally she has passed the interview last tuesday. It took just 15 minutes and IO asked 7 simple questions. After the appoval they have given her oath date for tomorrow in Tampa convention center. Finally she will be a American citizen from tomorrow afternoon, wooooo.
