I'm married in Ohio, I had a interviu and everthing went well. Next year my green card will expire. I got a very good job in Florida. I am wondering if moving my adress in Florida, will get me on to another interviu or some other bad things...
what should I do:confused::confused:

The only reason you may have another interview is if you are a conditional resident filing I-751. Be sure to file a timely change of address. Is your spouse your petitioner, and is he/she moving with you? The he/she should file a change of address too, being your I-864 sponsor. Good luck!

Yes. I am a conditional rezident....and my wife will gona move with me....
The thing it is that I do not whant to go thru another interviw....what to do???what to do???

What does moving have to do with whether you get an interview or not?

Look on the bright side - If anything, moving to another state TOGETHER shows even more evidence of a bona fide marriage in my opinion.

Yes. You are drowning in a glass of water.

There is nothing wrong with relocating to Florida, except for the fact it is Florida :p...

Both of you file an AR-11 online and do not sweat it.

oceaniu,

if you get an interview at the time you remove the condition on your residency, it'll have little or nothing to do with your move to Florida. I agree with TNguy78 it may actually be stronger evidence and may convince USCIS to remove your condition without interview. If your wife didn't move with you, then perhaps it would be more likely to trigger an interview for removing the condition.

You're not taking a job at NOAA for their seaturtle conservation project by any chance?

Less than 10% of jointly filed I-751 cases are invited for an interview. Even if you are selected, you have nothing to worry about if your marriage is bonafide. Your move to Florida or any other state plays no part in your selection for an I-751 interview.

The thing it is that I do not whant to go thru another interviw....what to do???what to do???

god help us all

thanky you guys! I will move to Florida.
This site it is a extraordinary help for evrey one who ahe a immigration issue!

fff_666, every sponsor is required to file a change of address form until the sponsorship requirement no longer exists. Please read the I-864 instructions. However, I believe the change of address form that the sponsor needs to file is I-865.

As long as an I864 is in effect, all sponsors (whether citizens or PRs) need to file an I-865 whenever they move. This applies even if a spousal relationship does not exist between the sponsor and the beneficiary!!!

I don't think the sponsor should file a change of address form.
