moving address change options

My EAD/AP expires in end of July, I am sending
for renewal by the end of this week, I am
planning to buy a house. Lets say if I find the
house in April and at that time
the EAD/AP would not come, what
would be the reasonable action I can take (INS address
change, US postal address forward )is there any thing I can
do before I send EAD application.
when people apply thru lawyers and EAD/AP comes to the lawyer's
address...how it works cause there is only one address field
on the EAD/AP form, is there any other form that lawyer uses that
have mailing address and home address .

WHen lawyer files your AP/EAD they use G28 or G228 (something like that) form and that form is for their representation only to INS.

Lawyer will get approved notice of EAD and you will receive EAD card with mailer on your home address.

Mail forwarding is a dicey option because some people have psoted that INS mail doesn't get forwarded just like DMV's mail. I received my AP's receipt notice 797 yesterday and i checked the envelope which said "Return Service requested" ususally for other type of mail it is "Forwarding Service requested". So May be INS mail doesn't get forwarded.

What is ur service center. certainly there are v slim chances of getting ur EAD/AP approved b4 April.
If your job is same then I think you shud request change of address, anyhow u r supposed to send AR-11 with in 10 days of ur move. So buy a house then send AR-11 to KY; call 800# and get it changed in their system. 3rd you can do is have ur lawyer send change of address letter to your service center to make sure they do that.
