Movement in TSC 485 processing time

Ofcourse it is better than nothing

Just imagine, how long they will be sitting at the processing date on 07/01/2001. they must have tons of cases in July/Aug/Sep 2001.

They may be taking about an year to reach 07/01/2001

After that They will take one year for each month......

Meanwhile they would have finished 2/3 of 2002, 1/2 of 2003, 2004 and 2005 cases.

Unless they keep the random processing, how can they achieve to declare BCIS as Bureau of Confusion In Services.

Of course I am sarcastic...but unless something happens, this may be real.

From now on, TSC should

1) move 1 month forward each month to keep 999 days OR
2) change the 999 days to beyong 1000 days.

Yes that's right:

1. 01/02/2001 + 999 days = 09/28/2003
2. 01/02/2001 + (33 months * 30) = 09/19/2003

I bet they're going to increase 999 to > 1,000 days.

999 day date for the following ND's

Case Date --> (TARGET) Adjunction Date

December 9, 2000 --> September 4, 2003
January 8, 2001 --> October 4, 2003
February 9, 2001 --> November 5, 2003

Have there been any approvals in DEC 2000?

Have there been any approvals in DEC 2000? as a result of which the Dates progressed???

or are they just picking dates out of thin air

For good riddance of 2000, it took 2001, 2002, and most part of 2003. So, to get past 2001, will it be something like 2003, 2004, and 2005? OK, then I will optimistically get adjudicated around 2007, because I am a 2002 filer.

poongunranar ,
Did you forget for a second that you filed in TSC ?
Probability of your application getting adjucated any given day, from tommorrow onwards(today is already over) is 50%. So dont lose hopes.

This is a good number game.
Number changed from 12012000 to 01022001. There are 4 zeroes, two ones and two twos.
Could next number be 02012001 or 01012002?

ND: 08/2001
FD: 12/2002

Don't loss hope on it.

Move on 30 days in 15 days?!

At this pace, I'll get approval in 6 months!

Most effecient 2 weeks in recent TSC history!!!

Keep going babe ......

ND: 2/13/2002
PF1: 03/2002
PF2: 05/2003

TSC moved the processing date (unofficial or whatever crap that is) 4 months in 1 year (from Aug 2002 - Aug 2003). At this pace I can think of getting approved in 2005, maybe (and I'm a Aug 2001 filer). Some of the people in this forum, who filed in 2002/2003, would see approvals in 2008/2009 or later(considering 4 months in 1 year processing logic).

BCIS, TSC doesn't give a s**t about proposed 6 months processing time. My 485 notice still says 240-365 days, and I can't do a thing about it. I don't see any hope of justice from TSC, or my lawyer, or my employer.

People who are silently watching this forum, don't always think that you will post one first-n-last posting declaring your approval. Things will go wrong with more than half of the applicants at TSC unless WE demand justice.

So, please atleast sign the PETITION.

TSC processing dates

ayansgp,

Unfortunately or fortunately (for some) whatever you would like to call it the 2002 /2003 filers would be certainly better off than us the 2001 filers because the majority of approvals which we are seeing these days are of 2002 filers.

So dont go by the dates that are being given by TSC. I think if the FP are about to expire there are more chances of ones approval than what month they have been processing. Again all this is speculation none of us can say for sure whats going to happen next. So hang in there and good luck
