moved while I485 pending

My I485 has been pending in Florida since 2005(stuck in NC). But I recently have moved to Oregon. Will this impact my nc process? If I decide to file Mandamus, should I file it from my current state or Florida?
Also, could anyone recommend a good lawyer in Portland,OR area?
