after receiving dv i went US in july and came back after one month to finish my remaining study. i booked ticket already, the time i arrive in POE it will be slightly less than 6 month so in this case will it be problem to enter the US? someone please advise me in this regard.
 
At the POE they rarely bother people who take long trips during their first year as a GC holder. They understand that many people have various business to finish up in their original country before settling in the US.
 
dont use the term ''moved away''. you were away for less than 6 months........
"moved away" is different concept.....and has implications....
