Hi Rajiv, Hi All,
I have a valid H-1B visa and I am working in a service company in India. My company is not able to find suitable US clients for me. Can I move to another product/service company so that I can use my H-1B visa to work for US client (if service based) /US company (if product based).
If it is possible, what are the things I need to know? legal matters, policies etc..
I am not eligible for transfer since I don't have social security and pay-stubs, please correct me if I am wrong.
