According to the BCIS Statistical report of September 30, 2003, as of the end of August 2003, the pending cases recorded 36% increase as compared to the record for the same period in 2002. In the August 2003 report, it was 31%. This is particularly puzzling considering the fact that the new applications/petitions increased only 2% during the period.
 
USCIS ( U - Stands for useless ) is performing up to its expectation. Good jump in %ge in terms of inefficiency.
