If they have issued FP notice then RFE can not be for FP. Most probably they are looking for further documentation you filed supporting your MTR.

It is good that your service center is reacting fast. For me, they have not looked into the case even after 9 months have passed.

Meanwhile, could you send me the compiled list of threads that you have visited on this forum? Do you know all the users who filed MTR? It is nice to have such data so that we can refer them quickly and our efforts are not duplicated.

It will be nice if you could answer the questions I posted earlier.
