My wife who is a USC now has filed I-130 petition for our elder daughter. Birth certificate of our daughter has my last name. Birth certificate does not have my first name and nothing of my wife name.
Our daughter's I-130 is approved. Very soon, our daughter's I-485 is going to be reviewed and adjudicated. We have other documents where we are able to find or match names and prove the relationship. Our daughter's passport has my name and my wife name.
Does missing mother's name from the birth certificate cause any issues while adjudicating our daughter's I-485?
