Hey guys,I need your help.On my birth certificate,my mother's name is not written out completely. It's just her last name and maiden name but no first name.Do you think I should get another birth certificate because I dont want to get any RFE's or is it something I should not worry about?

Ask your mom to get an affadavit signed in the presence of a notary in the following format. I did the same since my mom's full name wasn't on my birth certificate either and had no issues.
----
I, MOM'S FULL NAME(Maiden Name:Last name prior to marriage) after being duly sworn, do hereby
depose and say that:

1. I am a citizen and national of <COUNTRY NAME> born on <MOM'S FULL DATE OF BIRTH AND PLACE OF BIRTH>.
I reside at <POSTAL ADDRESS>.

2. I have direct knowledge of the birth of <YOUR NAME>, as I am her mother, and I gave birth to her.

3. <YOUR NAME>was born on MONTH,DATE,YEAR IN <PLACE OF BIRTH>.

4. <YOUR NAME>'S natural parents are <MOTHER'S NAME>(Maiden Name:

<MAIDEN NAME>), the mother, and <FATHER'S NAME>, the father.

5. This Affidavit is being submitted because the birth certificate does not include the mother’s full name.

6. It is my prayer that this Affidavit be accepted for this purpose.

I AFFIRM under penalty of perjury and upon personal knowledge that the above
statements and facts are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge, information and
belief.

** wherever i said "MOTHER'S NAME" it should be her first, middle and last name and then followed by her maiden name)
e.g. Jane Margaret Doe (Maiden Name: Smith)
