mother with green card sponsering daugter almost 21

NVC approved my I-130 and gave me a priority date of NOV 2010. My daughter is 20 yrs old and she will be 21 on 05/2012, I have a greencard and would like to know what I need to do so the process doesnt get delayed more after she turns 21 and how long it might take. I heard the current time to come to usa for kids whose parents greencards was 1 year. Is it true?

Also my son who is 12 yrs old, has i-130 approved with priority date of nov 2010. How long will he have to wait to come to USA.

When was the I-130 approved? Is she inside or outside the US? If inside, legally or illegally? When are you eligible for citizenship? Are you married to a USC, and if yes did you marry before your daughter turned 18?

Your answers the above questions will determine whether she has a wait of less than a year, a 10-year wait, or something in between.
