Mother-In-Law got rejected thef irst time
Approved second time after sent doctor's letter indicating twin pregnancy of daughter and high risk
Only question asked was do you own property in India and she showed the 3 properties in her name
Had sent all documents to her
First time she had applied wiht her married son and she was not spoken to but both of them got rejected

First of all, congratulations on your twin babies.

My MIL's visa was denied 2 times last year. Glad to see such emails from other posters about visa approvals (after denials). We are trying this June-06 again for my MIL.

Congratulations and good luck!!

Hi
Congrats on the pregnancy. I am in the same situation high risk pregnancy with twins. After seeing this post I am planning to take the letter from my doctor and send it to my parents.
Few days back my dad and mom's visa got rejected on 214(b) reason. My mother has fixed deposits in her name but not any land or house. Do you think that would be fine. Also do you think its better to send just my mother this time for the interview? I know this thread is very old but if someone is following this please reply. Any attorny or experienced peoplle please give some suggestions.

It may appear "not so useful" to you but the absolute truth is, the answer to your question is qualitative not quantitative. Thus if you are looking for someone to give you a list of documents that will guarantee your mother a visit visa, you will be disappointed. I have been on this forum for nearly 5 years and seen 1000s of posts from posters looking for a "magic pill" that will grant them or their friends/family US visit visas. That "magic pill" does not exist unfortunately. The sooner one digests this fact, the less disappointed they will be if in case the result does not go in their favour.

Not so useful reply but I get your point. Thanks.
