Most Outrageous response from IIO

I just called to talk to an IIO and that man says my case is still on hold because visa numbers are not available. So I tell him my PD is July 97 and 485 ND is Sept 99 both of which are current now and guess what he says ?? - Sorry, the dates have been REGRESSED !!!!!!!!!!!
He does not give a chance for me to respond - he hangs up !
Is he true or just plain obnoxious??? Just monday another lady told me my case has been assigned to an officer for final review and that something should happen in 3 weeks ! Please let me know if any of you out there heard anything like I did(I hope not)
My details:
EB3 - India
PD - July 28 1997
ND - Aug 31st 1999
RD - Sept 13th 1999
FP - Sept 20th 2000
No RFE as yet!!!!

Year for RD is 99 and for FP is 00 ... seems to be a genuine case ...

Hi ,

Some one hacked my userid. The person who posted with userid Samba Emani is not me. Some one hacked my userid. I am reporting to the web master. h can track it down.

If you see the messages posed by this userid. The with H1B renewal or EAD - HELP is only mine.

I have been following the posts here for a while but never had anything special to add on until this morning.I was rather shocked to hear the IIO\'s response.I do plan to call back tomorrow again.
As for the RD and ND dates - its a Typo,shold be the other way round - my mistake!

Just wanted to know if anyone else out there have had similar experiences wher the IIo\'s information was not accurate?

Hi 3Yrs and waiting,

I had absolutely similar response when I spoke with IIO yesterday. Even I was stunned. I immediately posted it on this website with the userid \'ANTZ\' but I guess nobody took it seriously.

PD: 3/25/97, EB3 - India, RD: 8/12/99, ND: 9/2/99, FP: 8/3/00. NO RFE. Still waiting....

samba emani, person when posted a message with your ID might have created different id using special characters. Might have used Alt+255 for a space(is a character not space but you don\'t see it) after "a" of "i". Which will create different ID but it appears to be the same name. It\'s my thought, but still we don\'t know yet.
