Most October Approvals from PA

To All:

Theres one thing that caught my attention seeing some of the October approvals.

Although this maynot make too much sense coincidentally
most October approvals are from guys who live in PA.

I am glad that we have finally gotten to October, 13 months after filing. I hope our torture ends this month.
