RFE# 15, 16, 17 are mainly asked by Officers 21 and 255 ( ).

I don't know why they ask RFE# 15, 16, 17 for I140 approved cases. One of my friends whose RD March-2002 got RFE #17.

I am wondering about 5, employement history. why is it releavent? i thought u need to be working with yr sponcer company or just employed in a similar job if using AC21. does it matter if u do a lot of job hopping?

It isn't about job hopping, per se. They want to compare your stated job history with what they have received in terms of W-2s and 1099s from IRS, and then with what they have in their records to see if you have ever worked without authorization.
