Most Approvals After Freeze Have Fp Done Before May 2002

We have nearly 70 approvals since the so called freeze was lifted by INS. Most of these recent approvals (atleast 90% of them) have finger print done before May 2002. So, I would guess people with July/Aug/Sept cases, with FP done before May 2002, should see their approval now.

By the way, how long it took the approval notice to reach you
 
This week rupnet has 10 approvals posted, with RD ranging from July to October. However, all are fingerprinted before May 2002.
 
I had my FP on 12/27/01. An updated employer letter was requested on 12/02. From the on-line check, the letter was received on 1/24/03, and saying it will need 480 days to process this case. Who knows what they are doing. My RD is 09/01, ND is 10/01, I don't remember the date, but it was at the beginning of the month.

I just got e-mail from my lawyer. My case got approved, I checked the on-line case statues, it was approved on 2/11/03. So I guess you never know why it will happen. I will post my info to this website and rupnet. Good luck to you all.
 
So far this week, I didn't see any approval for RD July to Oct 2001 with FP done after June 2002. Anyoneelse noticed differently
 
09/2001 RD approval

Here is my info. I posted it on the Sep. 2001 Tracker in this website and www.rupnet.com/immigration too.
My case was approved on 2/11/03. Passport stamped on 2/20/03
PD: 12/11/99
RD: 09/07/01
ND: 10/11/01
FP: 11/27/01
RFI: 12/14/02
AP: 02/11/03

I got my finger printing done on 08/2002. I did get approved on Feb 22nd. I guess there is no pattern for their approvals. They seem to pick the files from a dumpster and process them....

Applying logic can be disheartening. Please refrain from logic....:)

Hope everybody gets their approvals soon...
