More than one 485 with same employer

Did anyone filed more than one 485 with same employer.
I know this is not something normal situation where you will do.

But please share experiences/comments what happens in this stage.
Help needed.

------------- could you please post WHY you need to file more than one or second I-485????? one can file second I-485 based on second I-140 approved through second employer OR can substitute the newI-140 with pending I-485 .

PD in case of 2nd approved I140??

Ginnu,
What happens to my priority date if I substitute say an approved I140 (with say PD=June 2002 thru' employer-A)
with another approved I140 (with say PD=September 2003 thru' employer-B)? Assuming I have to do this
in case employer-A tries to revoke the I140 approved with his help after 180 days, can I actually
retain my PD (of June 2002) and then link the new I140 (thru' employer-B) to my pending I485 (filed thru' employer-A)?

If your early I-140 was APPROVED then you can have early PD and lawyer needs to write on cover letter and attach the early I-140 approval notice copy when filing I-485. Read the memo posted above.

substitute spouse's 140

Can I substitute spouse's approved 140 when my 140 and 485 are pending. Any suggestions?

------------------ you cannot substitute spouse I-140 for your pending I-485. you can file your other derivative I-485 when your spouse files her I-485

Thank you for the answer, seems like after filling 485, the person can substitute whatever 140 or 130 if 140 get approved and priority date is current. So I might substitute spouse 140, a little bit confused. Please check the following link.
