more than 180 days after I485 filed --> have sent the ref --> still can change job?

hi

i have a question about changing job.

if somone filed I485 and pending more than 180 days, and also BCIS have asked him to sent the ref: such as EVL..... and then he sent..

after that, does he still can chang job before get approved ?

I heard once I485 get approved, u need to stay in the same company about 6 month..
 
But I485 has not been approved yet right? so you can change jobs and exercise AC21 even after getting an employment related RFE.
Explain what kind of RFE you got?
 
in fact, BCSI does not ask me ref yet, i am sure they will since my I485 pening almost 15 months now. wac-02-045-xxxxx

i am thinking to change job.. as I know after I485 got approved, then I cannot change job in 6 months..

if BCSI asks me the ref: such as W2 and EVL, and then i sent the current company EVL.


Question is "after I sent the ref to BCSI, can I still changing job? and do i need to tell BCSI? or can i change to contract job for 6 month period ?
