I am about to apply for my H1B extension based on my I-140 approval.
I heard from my friends that currently many of the H1B extensions (and) other H1B related paperwork in immigration is simply rejected . Is this true ?
It appears the reason immigration officers state is that "America is in recession..blah blah..something like that". And based on what I heard almost 30-40% of extensions are being rejected...
Can someone share what you think is happenning now ?.
Just worried since I have to apply for one at this time.
Thank you
Yog
