I've got a question. Hopefully someone can help me with this. I'm (unfortunately) a citizen of one of the countries just added to the list. However, due to a recent business trip to Asia, the last time I entered the US was on Oct 3rd, 2002. However, I'm a male over 16, and is planning to remain in the US after Mar 28.
Do I need to register? Or regardless I fall in the category as stated above I should register anyway (just in case)?. I've been in the US for more than 7 years now and have always been in status.
