More Confusion #@#$%

Is anyone of you are in the same situation as below???
I did an enquiry with USCIS on my I-485 case on June, 2007 and they replied as follows:
“Our records indicate that we are awaiting your response to our request for additional evidence on this case mailed on 07/19/07. Your case is currently in suspense or on hold unti! we receive your response”.

Then my online message (LUD) changed to the following message (and is still showing the same message):
“Current Status: Notice returned as undeliverable.
On August 6, 2007, the post office returned our last written notice on this case as undeliverable. This can have serious effects on the processing of this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update the mailing address so this notice can be re-sent”.
I did another enquiry on 8/7/07 changed my address online and with the customer service agent and asked them to re-send the RFE/Notice. Now yesterday I received this letter from USCIS saying:
“Based on your request we researched the status of this case. We are actively processing this case. However, we
have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 60-90 days of this letter, please call customer service at the number
provided below”.
Now this message does not indicated (I guess) anything about RFE. Though I have Infopass appointment for today I am going to ask them whats going on with my case …but If you anyone have similar experience please share.
