My mom has a 10 yr multiple entry visa.
She got an I-94 for 6 months and her I-94 expires on Dec 2.
Now she plans to visit her sister in Canada for around 30 days between Oct 24 to Nov 24.
We wish to make her stay with us till Dec end after she comes back from Canada.
1)Should I file for an extension now?Is it OK if we file for an extension and then she goes to Canada via road...I know they dont take your I-94 if she travels via road?
2)Should I file for an extension on Nov 24 when she comes back from Canada or would it be too late to file for an extension?
