Case Detail

My wife is the primary applicant through the company she worked at.

Labor started sometimes in 06/98 - lawyer messed up the case (submitted as standard process, instead of RIR) - wasted 1 year of waiting.

Then, another lawyer resubmitted my wife's case as RIR in 09/99. RIR labor was approved in 08/00.

I-140: 09/00, approved on 02/01.

her 485: 06/02 - mine: 07/02
her FP: 11/04 and 12/02 (both FPs are unclassified) - mine: 03/05
RFE for her (health exam): 12/04, responded 03/05
RFE again for Police Clearance Letter (because unclassified FPs for my wife): 05/05, responded 06/05

Both cases APPROVED: 06/08/05

3 EADs/2 APs
