moey order or personal check for AP

Slightly off-track but please help me out here. My wife is at local INS office applying for AP. Would there be a problem if she uses a personal check to pay the application fee instead of Money Order.

it might be an issue. Just take a Money Order or a Postal Order payable to INS - It will simplify the potential issues
