Kids in the US take STANDARDIZED tests and compete with each other on fair grounds. Accepting an applicant into the US from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) is really worth it, because they do not accept BRIBES. IIT looks for the cream of the crop.
This has NOTHING to do with PAKISTAN.
Just for your thought REALLY how many PATENTs does the US have compared to the rest of the world. THOUSANDS!!!! That is proof alone the US is superior in brains. India and China is simply being used to get the LABORIOUS repetitive jobs done. These repetitve jobs that is going out to India and China does not need any brains, but it does take away opportunities from fresh graduates here in the US.
All those funds that went into research which gave birth to THOUSANDS of PATENTS here in the US were paid by AMERICANs with their TAX dollars. So it is ONLY fair that the children of the US benefit from those investments NOT a bunch of Indians or Chineese in India or China.
What have these Indians or Chinese done as far as Financial INVESTMENTs to the US economy?

My comments have NOTHING to do with RACISM. You are seeking for words to win SYMPATHY.
If you invest a dollar in the bank you SHOULD get your reward. That is fair trade. If the Indian and Chinese markets are closed to US Trade and if the TRADE is only one way, destroying the investment base being KIND ENOUGH to host these UNFAIR PLAYERS, then it is HIGH-TIME people start pointing fingers and letting the public know why the US Government has been asking both the Indian and Chinese markets to open up to FREE & FAIR Trade.
India still has not fully floated their currency. The Reserve Bank of India have been holding back owing to internal politics. But if you read the Indian newspapers which are PUBLISHED in ENGLISH you will find these facts easy to comprehend.
As far as China, their newspapers are in Chinese and I am no expert in that language so you need to find other sources to dig out why they are NOT opening up their markets.
Simply put if the US is open to FREE & FAIR examinations for students and trade, then those who want to be in the US from other countries should open up their markets to the US.
I find the US a very FAIR partner. This has nothing to do with Green Cards. If these issues are not fought out today, more finacial deficits and economic slowdowns are bound to happen for which each and everyone in the US will pay, just as we are doing now with GAS prices.
Remember Gas prices are not going down because of shortage in the market, but it has to do with the devaluation of the US Dollar. Therefore, more deficits, more devaluation. I am sure no one wants that to happen.

It was nice to hear of a DO being so HUMBLE unlike the MORONs at the Philadelphia District Office.
My ONLY conclusion is that the older staff may have retired or had serious medical issues (like terminal HEMMORIOID where they cant sit on thier seats any more) from the CURSES cast upon them by prior applicants who were HARRASSED by the DO, and now they have YOUNG fresh blood who view the world with an OPEN mind.

I called the FBI. There were two women GIGLING and talking to me on the phone asking me to go to their website if I need more information on how long it would take the FBI to provide the results of FOIPA.
Like I said all these jobs at the Philadelphia District Office and those at the FBI should be outsourced or assigned to PRIVATE agencies. I am sure we will see better SERVICE and RESPONSE than what we see provided by these ILLITERATES at these offices.
As I said earlier they are there from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM just to make sure their mortgage, car payments, and childrens education is covered.
I REALLY doubt as a RESPONSIBLE citizen these FELLOWs in RESPONSIBLE government organization have any respect toward taxpaying citizens.
