Hi, I would like to ask about mistakes in DS-230, mistakes like Petitioner Name and these kind of mistakes, my wife won DV 2007, we sent all the forms, we discover that in my DS-230 we filled wrong the Petitioner Name, then we called KCC and they told me that this is not a serious mistake and will never discualify my application. I´m from Spain and just 65 won the lottery here,
- Are these mistakes really a reason to disqualify??
- Or are these reasons that the Consular Officer could use to disqualify applications when he doesn´t like the applicant?
When they talked to me they said that this is not a required form at this point, but now I´m a little bit worried.
