mistakes in asylum application

Hi everyone, There are a few mistakes in my application. My spouse and my daughter's name and bate of birth are written incorrectly. Can i change those.

you can change them at the begining of the interview... My asylum officer asked me if I wanted to change some info, and I did "port of entry "

It looks like it is a rule that the asylum officer would ask you in the begining if you want to change something, if he didn't ask you can tell him "gently" that there was a mistake or misspelling.

At the time of my interview,my mind wasn't in a good frame. after few days i reviewed my app. then i came to know about the mistakes. i talked to my lawyer about this, he told me that once you received your decision, than you can change that.
