Mistake on I-94

My wife came to US first in 2003 on H4. She's always been on H4 status. She travels back to India once every year.

In 2004, the IO wrote H1B instead of H4 on the I-94 (even though she had an H4 visa and not H1B). We never noticed it till the paralegal pointed it out while working on the I-485 application.

All subsequent I-94's (from 2005 and 2006) show the correct status, which is H4.

How serious is it?

Not sure how serious it is
Whenever I had mistakes on my I-94 (twice) I went down to Customs and Border Protection, and they fixed it for me in 5 min.
No wait.
No appointment.

It worked for me.
