Mistake on H4 Visa Stamp - Need to travell soon - Urgent

Hello,
On my wife's H4 visa stamp, her first name is showing up as a Last Name and her last name is in the place of first(Given Name). She just noticed this and she is flying to US tomorrow. Is it a big deal? If anyone has anyone travelled with similar situation or spelling mistake, Could you please share the experiance at port of entry.

No big deal. I had the same mixup for my H1 (last name-firstname switch) twice, ( 2 visas in 6 year period) and I never had any problem.
